Restaurant- the heart of the hotel
The restaurant is located in the main building, showing how
important it is to Högbo Bruks Hotel. There is room for up to 130
guests in the large yellow dining hall and for up to 40 guests in
the smaller green dining room. The lunch buffet is composed of four
warm courses (meat, fish, vegetarian, and soup) and a large salad
bar. Of course, our enormously popular home baked bread is also
served.
For dinner, our conference guests are offered a carefully
prepared four-course conference menu. Other guests can choose from
an a la carte-menu that our chef changes regularly with pride. The
bar offers a smaller bar-menu and for the future gourmets, the
kids, we have a dedicated children's menu. Finally, you may wonder
if our employees are able to recommend great drinks to go with the
different dishes. Absolutely!
