Welcome to book Christmas table in Nya Herrgården at Högbo Bruk. Here, our own products take center stage, and you enjoy the genuine craftsmanship and unique feel of our region that characterizes our food.

Enjoy classic herring, layered cheeses and our artisan bread baked on draven from Högbo Ölverkstad. Our charcuterie offers both saltiness and smokiness, and together with small hot sausages, potatoes from Valbo and soured vegetables from our own garden, it will be a Christmas feast for the taste buds. As a sweet finish, desserts and chocolate details from our own chocolate master Adrian are served to the coffee at the table.

On the drinks list you will find beers from our own brewmaster, schnapps flavored with our unique spice blends from Tevsjö, and liqueurs that take advantage of the best flavors from summer.
