When it's time to sit down, a dinner awaits where ingredients take center stage. Most of what is served comes from our own cultivation and produce, and menus are shaped by the season. Dinner begins with bread on the table, followed by servings in beautiful wooden bowls, and perhaps concludes with dessert in a flowerpot and coffee from Lindvalls roastery. Thoughtful, but never rigid.
