The leg extender is a simpler mobility exercise. Through various exercises we activate the group. When sitting for a long time, it is nice to stretch the muscles and get an increased circulation in the body. This activity is guaranteed to increase the mood of the group. This can be done with or without music, you decide for yourself in your conference room.
