Make your own cheese

Get in behind the scenes at our own ysteria. Here you can choose between rolling yogurt balls or cutting cubes of natural farm cheese. The cheese is then placed in a glass jar with oil and flavored by the participants themselves. Season the yoghurt balls with chilli, sea buckthorn, lemon zest or mint and the farm cheese with garlic, chilli or herb seasoning.

Of course, you get to bring your jar of yogurt balls or farm cheese home with you.

In the case of more than seven people, the group is divided into two. While one group sizzles, the other group can discover all sorts of local goodies in the farm trade. Ideal if you want to buy a taste of Högbo with you home.
