Christmas Buffet in Nya Herrgården

Start the day with meetings, workshops, or planning for the upcoming year. As the workday concludes, our Christmas buffet awaits you in Nya Herrgården – filled with ingredients from our own farms, bakery, dairy, and charcuterie.

Here, classic favorites mingle with seasonal flavors and crafts from the mill. With your coffee, enjoy desserts and handmade pralines from our own chocolate workshop.

Choose whether you want to end the day after the Christmas buffet or extend your stay with an overnight stay, hotel breakfast, and time to socialize even after the meetings conclude.

Activities that bring people together

Combine your conference with a trip on the cross-country ski trail together with our skilled instructors or try a Christmas classic – sausage making or flatbread baking. We have two bakers who bake and roll flatbread from morning to evening. Join them in the craft and bake traditional flatbread that you can, of course, take home with you.
