Try glassblowing

Next to the gushing pond is the mighty glass hut. It boasts the oldest building in Högbo Bruk from 1666. Using the same methods and tools used centuries ago, participants get to try glassblowing and make a glass.

Glashyttan is the oldest building at Högbo Bruk, built in 1666. During the heyday of the mill, water power was used here to forge iron. The historic stone walls, the large windows overlooking the river and the impressive bar iron hammer create an atmosphere that in itself makes the cabin well worth a visit.
